The year 2019 was definitely one for the books! At The Louisiana Cajun Mansion Event Venue, we had the pleasure of hosting a variety of events. We helped our customers plan and create their perfect weddings, receptions, private parties, and much more. Read on for a recap of our amazing year here at The Louisiana Cajun Mansion Event Venue and all of our plans for the year 2020.
The year 2019 was our big break into becoming an event venue for all types of events, especially weddings. We decided to market weddings in the first quarter of 2019 and ultimately booked and hosted 45 weddings just this year. We are so excited to continue on this journey of providing our customers and guests with the option of utilizing our venue for their needs. With 2019 coming to a close, we are preparing for 2020 and are excited to announce we already have 31 weddings booked. Our upcoming year is already looking busy and bright!
One thing we love to remind our potential clients and guests is that we cater to intimate weddings and are sure to pay attention to every single detail, no matter how small. We offer a complimentary wedding coordinator with all of our all-inclusive wedding packages. Our all-inclusive wedding packages range from twenty people to 120 people. By being flexible, we are able to satisfy any and all of your needs. We love helping our wedding couples plan their wedding day and ensure that everything is absolutely perfect.
We also offer all-inclusive party packages for any private event you need! For example, we have had 37 private events and parties in 2019. These were a mix of bridal showers, baby showers, private parties, rehearsal dinners, and even company retreats. We love being able to provide our clients with the perfect venue and services for their needs. We offer music services, photography services and so much more in our all-inclusive party packages. In 2019, we also obtained our liquor license in the second quarter of the year and now offer beverage bar selections for all events. So now we can better serve you and your guests. 2019 was a year filled with fun parties, and we can not wait to see what 2020 has in store.
One of our favorite events from 2019 would have to be The Valentine’s Day Dinner Soiree. We had Chef Alexis with BonTemps Grill prepare a four-course meal while Sommelier Glenn LeBlanc with Artisan Wines paired each course with the perfect wine. It was amazingly over the top. It was beautiful, there were violins playing in the background. We had champagne available upon arrival, long stem red roses, and more while a photographer captured every perfect moment. We love over-the-top events, another example would have to be the Black Tie Rehearsal Dinner. It was definitely a must-see event.
As the year 2020 swiftly approaches us, we have some great things in store for The Louisiana Cajun Mansion Event Venue. We have three bridal shows planned for 2020 and we are looking to double our event venue rentals from 2019. We are also wanting to expand our open-air area for weddings. So 2020 will be filled with events such as weddings, private events, and parties, bridal shows and so much more.2019 was an amazingly beautiful year here at The Louisiana Cajun Mansion Event Venue.
