Valentines Day Soiree Menu
4 Course Dinner Menu:
- SOUP 1st Course – Roasted Butternut Squash and Tasso Bisque with Sage Biscotti
- SALAD 2nd Course – Apple, Tabasco Candied Pecan and Baby Green Salad with Honey Chipotle Vin and Bacon Bagel Croutons
- CHATEAUBRIAND 3rd Course – Chateaubriand Steak and Sweet Potato Crisp served with Batonette Winter Vegetables and Potatoes Ana
- PASSION FRUIT CREPE SOUFFLE 4th Course – Passion Fruit Crepe Souffle
Everyone will enjoy a full glass of special french wine for each course. Before dinner begins, during the social, french champagne and wines will be featured for guests. Sommelier Glenn LeBlanc will give details about each wine and will provide expert knowledge on why each wine was paired perfectly with each course.
Just imagine, you will walk down the meandering walkway to the front door and there will be romantic tiki torches paving the way to your much anticipated romantic experience. The door will open and you and your sweetheart will be greeted by a beautiful smile. Your host will hand your soulmate a long stem red rose for him to give to his sweetheart, you will be smiling ear to ear. A beautiful glass of rose champagne is handed to each of you as you step closer into the main room.
Violins will be playing in the background, candles will be lit around the room accompanied with fresh flowers on the tables to give you the ultimate sense of romance. You just will not be able to help but feel that you are in the right place on Valentine’s Day with your sweetheart. It will be an awesome evening of decadent delights. We are scheduled to have pass around appetizers and a cheese board station prior to dinner.
Chef Alexis – While her studies were at the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin Texas, she also trained in many restaurants in New York. Chef Alexis has been with BonTemp Grill since inception and is noted for her succulent French Dishes. She specializes in French Culinary and she surely knocked it out of the park with her menu selections.
Sommelier Glenn LeBlanc – Glenn has been in the wine business for over 30 years and has evaluated many vineyards both in the US and also overseas.
Our photographer this year is the incredibly talented Yan Djorghi of Ragin’ Imaging who will capture the beautiful people, scenery, and fun.
Joel Martinez with Vermilion Strings will create the ambiance with his violin that the Valentine’s Day Soiree demands! His music is sophisticated, romantic and beautiful. Vermilion Strings can provide one musician, a chamber orchestra, and everything in-between (duo, trio, quartet, etc.). Most important, Joel’s music will compliment our occasion exactly the way we envision it.
Paula Earle with Posies By Paulie will supply the beautiful candlelit fresh floral arrangements in the center of each table. Paula will use her own creativity to make the perfect arrangement for the occasion. Her flowers will make an emotional impact on the event and without a doubt, you will know you are at an upscale event.
